Choreographer Aileen Sheron leads a toning and firming routine designed specifically for the upper body using an exercise step and free-weights. For all fitness levels. The novice is instructed in the proper way to use the step platform. Using both an aerobic step and free weights, the viewer can create routines for several types of exercise. Adding free weights to aerobic exercises enhances sculpting of the upper body. Increasing the height of the step, and increasing or decreasing the size of the free weights, can change the intensity of the workout. This video is a low-impact lesson for all beginners.
