This Challenging Chair program uses bodyweight, multi-approach positioning, and both functional and traditional exercises. It also integrates balance, agility, strength, cardio drills, and flexibility. If you thought this kind of format is only for beginners or seniors, you will be amazed at all the things you can do on and around the chair. We will be standing, seated and on the floor, transitioning to different planes of movement.
